ADULT MINISTRIES

It is so important for people to be in relationship with one another.   We need each others encouragement and prayers.  We also need to meet together and just have fun.  For those reasons we promote the following ministries at SAA:

Men’s Ministries
On the second Saturday of each month the men at SAA meet together at 9:00 am for breakfast.  It is a great time to get to know one another and enjoy each other’s company.  Personal needs can be shared as the men pray for one another.  Men’s Ministries also does other special events throughout the year.

Women’s Ministries:
The ladies at SAA meet together at least every other month for a special time together.  The events vary but always contain love, laughter and ministry.

LIFE Groups:
The adult LIFE Groups meet weekly in people’s homes.  These are home Bible studies centered on being in relationship with one another and encouraging one another in our relationship with God.  They also focus on ministering to others outside of the LIFE Group.  Please call the church to find out when and where the groups are meeting.

Midweek Bible Study:
It is so important to continue growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  As we study His Word together, ask questions and share answers we will grow.  This growth will result in our lives being transformed and having an even greater impact on the lives of those around us.
Midweek Bible Study meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30.

YOUTH AND CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

Nursery:
Nursery is provided for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services.

Royal Rangers:
In Royal Rangers, boys and young men (K-12) are challenged to embark on an adventure that requires them to participate actively. It is a spiritual journey that will forge their character and maximize their leadership potential. To the uneducated eye, boys are just learning survival skills in the wilderness, playing sports, etc., but in the process, our mentors are intentional about laying biblical foundations of worldview, culture, manhood, and leadership. By awarding merit badges, boys are guided on a measurable, personal, and spiritual growth process. (They think they are just having fun, so let’s keep that our secret!)
Royal Rangers meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30.

Mpact Girls Clubs:
Where girls build relationships with God and others.

The purpose of the M-pact Girls Club has eternal value and is explained in a fivefold purpose statement:

1. Winning girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance

2. Teaching girls to obey everything Jesus commanded us—helping girls to develop spiritually and mentally

3. Providing encouragement, support, and accountability through lasting Christian relationships

4. Providing an environment for girls to develop their gifts and abilities

5. Acquainting girls with the Great Commission of Jesus Christ our Lord

This Christ-centered ministry is for all young ladies ages 5-17. Girls are given the opportunity to earn awards, advance in merit and participate in various activities
Mpact Girls Clubs meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30 (September – May)

FlashPoint Uth:
God has a wonderful hope and future for each and every young person.   It is our desire to help this generation know Jesus in a very personal way so they can clearly hear His voice and know His will for their lives.  At FlashPoint Uth we promote having fun together, encouraging one another, and building each other up in our faith.

FlashPoint Uth meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30 and Sunday nights from 6:00-7:30.  Special youth events are also scheduled each month.
